LIVING
Pola Raya connects the abstract logic of a masterplan with the recognisable experience of a home—helping different audiences understand the same project from different distances.
Roads, landscape, water and clusters establish the larger order. At this scale, the project is read as a living system rather than a collection of plots.
The view narrows from territory to streets and homes. Scale becomes a narrative device, guiding attention from planning logic toward human experience.
Façade, garden, driveway and threshold make the masterplan personal. The city-scale idea concludes in a moment everyone understands: arrival.
