Project Story
TERRITORY IN LIGHT
Pola Raya combines sculpted territory, controlled illumination and miniature detail to reveal geographic relationships that are difficult to hold in two dimensions.
Islands, shorelines and water are read as one territorial field. The model gives dispersed geography a clear visual centre.
Luminous edges and points distinguish coast, routes and development areas without adding decorative noise. Light is used as information.
A single ship makes the scale of water, distance and movement immediately graspable. The smallest object can clarify the largest territory.
Fewer images. Greater impact. Each frame clarifies scale, system, craft or atmosphere.

For island systems, coastal masterplans and illuminated presentations, design the model around what must become visible.
